Working out together what a measurement means
Measuring works; which measurement changes what a professional does has not been answered. That open question is what we are looking for researchers for: not the measuring itself, but the evidence for what a measurement means.
If you have video data that has not been processed yet, we analyse it as joint research and publish together with you. Measuring itself is not where we compete: the same yardstick applies to our own work and to methods built by others, and that validation is under way. Our movement database is the base layer for normative comparison: reporting the distance to a published reference.

43,366 analysed movements from 5,668 subjects, counted on 4 August 2026. Almost all from public, CC-BY licensed datasets; from practices and clinics, nothing yet.
Preprint and code
Our method is published as a preprint on arXiv, with the code alongside it, so you can reproduce all of it yourself.
Ongoing collaboration
A national research project has been awarded together with Hogeschool Utrecht and starts on 1 December 2026. Five student research projects start mid-September; four Business IT students work on ground reaction forces.
